I am a native of San Diego County. My mother was French and German and father Irish and Indian. We lived in San Diego until I was 4 and then we moved to Vista, California. I graduated from Vista High School, then married and had two wonderful children. Now I am the proud grandmother of their three fantastic "young Spirits."

I began my working career for the Pacific Telephone Company as a telephone operator. I later became the first Marketing Representative in North San Diego County and was an administrative assistant to five account representatives. Soon thereafter, I was named the Office Supervisor for Vista, Escondido, and El Centro Marketing Office. After 28 years with Pacific Telephone, I transferred to AT&T Information Systems. I remained there for 3 years and then retired. I have worked at many different companies since then, and am currently employed by Winners Only, Inc., a furniture manufacturer.

Pursuing my interest in Religious Science, at the Vista Church of Religious Science, I took the special training to become a Practitioner. Seven years ago when Reverend Sharon let it be known that she intended to open a church in Rancho Bernardo, I became one of the three Practitioners in the visioning group that created our church. I have been a Practitioner and an active supporter in our church growth since the inception of Light of Life. I served three years as Youth Director. Currently, I assist with Science of Mind adult classes, sing in the Voices of Light Choir, and participate in the pre-service meditation and invocations for the Sunday services. As a licensed Practitioner, I have experienced many healing manifestations, and believe deeply in my religion. I am available every Sunday for the congregational.
